These terms apply when you use this website and when Al Wafd Travel arranges travel services for you. By sending an enquiry or confirming a booking you accept them.

Al Wafd arranges travel services provided by third parties — hotels, transport operators, airlines and visa processing services. Those services are delivered by the supplier concerned and are subject to that supplier's own terms.

Where we arrange a service, we are responsible for arranging it with reasonable skill and care. We are not the provider of the underlying service.

Prices shown on this website are estimates based on rates we hold, not offers capable of acceptance. Availability and final pricing are confirmed in a written quotation.

A booking exists only when we have confirmed it to you in writing and any required deposit has been received. Until then, nothing is held.

Prices are quoted in Saudi riyals unless stated otherwise. Any currency conversion shown on this site is indicative only; the rate applied at settlement is set by your bank or card issuer.

Payment terms, including any deposit and the date the balance falls due, are set out in your written quotation.

Never send payment to an individual's personal account. If you receive a payment request that seems unusual, contact us by phone to verify it before paying.

Where we handle a visa application, we prepare and submit it and keep you updated. Eligibility and issuance are decisions of the competent Saudi authorities and are outside our control.

We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and for meeting the entry requirements applicable to you.

We strongly recommend that you do not purchase non-refundable travel before your visa has been issued.

Tell us as early as possible if you need to change a confirmed booking. We will do what we can, but changes are subject to supplier availability and to the terms of each element.

Some elements can be amended at no cost; issued tickets and non-refundable rates generally cannot. Any supplier charges plus a reasonable administration fee will be passed on.

Occasionally a supplier changes an arrangement. Where this happens we will tell you promptly and offer a comparable alternative or, where that is not possible, a refund of the affected element.

We will not make a material change without informing you.

Cancellation terms vary by element and follow the underlying supplier terms. The position for your specific booking is set out in your quotation. See also our refund policy.

You are responsible for giving us accurate information, for holding valid travel documents, for arriving at the times agreed, and for meeting any health requirements applicable to your journey.

We recommend appropriate travel insurance covering medical treatment, cancellation and personal belongings.

We are liable for arranging your travel with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers beyond our reasonable control, nor for events outside our control such as flight delays, weather, or decisions of public authorities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability which cannot lawfully be limited.
