Refund Policy

A booking is made up of separate elements — accommodation, transport, flights, visa handling and services — and each carries its own supplier terms. There is no single refund rule that covers all of them.

Your written quotation sets out the cancellation position for each element of your specific booking before you commit. If anything there is unclear, ask us before paying.

Hotel rates fall into three broad categories, and each room rate on this site shows which applies.

Airline tickets follow the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Many Umrah-season fares are non-refundable or carry substantial change fees.

Where a refund is available from the airline, we will claim it on your behalf and pass on what is recovered.

Transfers and Ziyarat cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are refunded in full. Inside 48 hours, the vehicle and driver have usually been committed and a charge may apply.

Our visa handling fee covers the work of preparing, submitting and tracking your application. Once an application has been submitted, that work has been done and the fee is not refundable.

Government and third-party charges follow the rules of the authority concerned and are generally not recoverable.

This applies regardless of the outcome of the application. We cannot guarantee approval, and a refusal does not entitle you to a refund of work already carried out.

Tell us immediately. We will cancel everything that can be cancelled and recover whatever the suppliers allow. Refundable elements are returned to you; non-refundable ones generally cannot be.

This is precisely why we advise against booking non-refundable flights before your visa is issued.

Where a cancellation requires us to unwind arrangements with multiple suppliers, a reasonable administration fee may apply. Any such fee is stated in your quotation and never applied without notice.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible. Timing depends on the supplier and on your bank; airline refunds in particular can take several weeks.

We will tell you what has been recovered and when it was sent.

If we cancel a confirmed arrangement for a reason that is not your fault and not outside our reasonable control, you will receive a full refund of the affected element.
